Compass Coordination, Inc. is not-for-profit, public benefit corporation chartered in the state of Tennessee.
Compass has federal IRS tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization. The corporation is governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors made up of members of the general community, including persons and their families who receive our services.
The organization is managed day-to-day by paid employees of Compass Coordination, Inc.
Compass Coordination, Inc.
provides service to eligible persons, selects it Board, and hires its staff without regard to race, ethnic origin or
national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age or disability. Compass adheres to the provisions of Title
VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1968.
