When inquiring about job opportunities, please direct your inquiry to the member of our
management team for the type of job and the geographic area in which you are seeking employment. Please visit the
"Contact Us" page for more information on how to direct your inquiry.
How to Apply for Employment:
Applications must be current and up-to-date at the time of a job opening.
Therefore, do not submit an employment application if there is no job posting active at the time of submission.
We accept applications only when job openings are posted and active. Applications must be submitted by any deadline
noted in the job opening announcement.
Our standard employment application form may be downloaded by clicking
on the link above. You must have Adobe Acrobat software installed on your computer to download this file. You
must have Adobe Acrobat Standard or the free version of Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to read, use or print the form.

You may complete your employment application as an online form using Adobe Reader on your computer, and then
email it to us at administration@compasstn.org, or to the contact person listed for the opening for which you are applying.
Or, you may print the downloaded
form and complete it by hand. Please see the "Contact Us" page for mailing addresses.
You may send us a resume or include it when you apply. However, resumes
may not be submitted in lieu of, or to supplant information required on our employment application. Your
work or personal activity history for at least the past five years must be recorded on the application form along
with your personal references. Applications must be completed in full, signed and dated. All application
information is subject to verification and validation by us.
As a condition of employment, we will perform criminal and registry background checks
if a job is offered and accepted. Employment is contingent on acceptable background check results.
